Abstract
Heartbeat indicates the health of a human body. We can guess about our health condition by measuring the heartbeat. The heartbeat does the pumping process of oxygen- containing blood and its distribution to the body’s arteries every minute. Heart rate differs from age to age. The most familiar way of measuring the heart rate is by sensing the pulse per minute. Moreover, there are various devices like ECG for measuring the heart rate. This paper is going to describe heart rate prediction using sensors and IoT. The sensor will be touched in the finger, and color variation will be seen. The sensor picks the color variation, and it measures the interval of color variation. At that time, Arduino processes it. These devices use light to track the blood. By illuminating the capillaries with an LED, a sensor adjacent to the light measures the frequency at which the blood pumps past (aka the heart rate).After taking the heart beat backup from Arduino to CSV, machine learning algorithm was used to detect stress.
