Abstract
Energy harvesting is important because it offers an alternative power supply for electronic devices where it does not exist conventional energy sources. Compared with electromagnetic and electrostatic methods, the main advantages of the piezoelectric energy harvesting technique are the larger power density and higher flexibility of being integrated into one system. When the harvested energy is provided to low-power electric devices like small devices and wireless sensor nodes, that’s how our work will add value to the piezoelectric field. In this project, we tried to make a cell using 20 piezoelectric sensors. We developed an effective model of a piezoelectric power source. We also used 12 piezoelectric sensors to make a model of shoe sole. This time, we used some extra components and techniques to make the project more specific. If we harvest energy from the smallest sources, the load for the power plant will decrease. It’s both Qualitative and quantitative. We tried to improve the quality and educational purpose of this project. Three words that describe the project are Piezo Electricity, Energy Harness, and Small Scale Power-through, which the goal of the project can be visualized.
