Abstract
This report outlines the design and implementation of an EMG controlled exoskeleton arm designed for arm mobility and rehabilitation. The system consists of a powered exoskeleton that is mounted onto the arm with a motor placed onto the elbow in order to mimic the rotation of this joint. Our system works really well to alleviate sufferers of paralysis from the difficulty they have with functioning on a day to day basis. In conjunction to this, we have created an analysis too to be used for rehabilitation. We also constructed an Android application that simply allows the user to control the device. The overall system can therefore be very impactful on the lives of users.
