Abstract
This research aims to examine the impact of online crowdsourcing. Due to the current pandemic, online shopping is at the peak and crowdsourcing can be identified as a potential industry to help increase the income of small businesses. We will analyze one such online business and then we will segment the customer to target our profitable customers. Customer segmentation is segmenting the customers with similar behaviors into the same segment and with different patterns into different segments and this will be done using k means clustering. Thus, the objective of this paper is proposing a framework for a small Facebook page on how to grow based on theoretical measures.
