Abstract
Supply chain is severely affected by COVID 19 response, standard arrangements from supplies have been falling short. A massive population like Bangladesh was struggling to create a process system to distribute funds or food supplies to the needy people. But the difficulties of having a vast population who require funds but could not communicate due to lack of education in communication media like the internet is a hard task for building a donation system. Problems that we have to deal with arise as the number of people managing the funds could not organize the distribution system systematically establishing community information and feedback mechanisms. Creating a database to keep an up-to-date list of all donors and their contributions is a complicated job. The development of a reporting strategy to assess how well the relief's priorities are being met was difficult. But in the end we came up with the idea of making a website to make optimal use of financial and human capital for a successful response to the epidemic. At the national level, data will be made accessible in real time to senior decision-makers by the creation of a resource monitoring dashboard. Each and every donation receiver and donor can be tracked by admins for security purposes.
