Abstract
Well-being is one of the most important factors in preventing disease. Experience has shown that healthy lifestyle programs are an important prevention strategy and a key risk factor for many diseases such as cardiovascular disease, stroke, diabetes, obesity and hypertension. As part of the Fitness mobile app project, a fitness app has been developed to provide people with a kind of personal trainer. This fitness app can collect information about a topic and categorize it according to some of its characteristics (physical and lifestyle parameters) and make suggestions to improve your well-being. The app can also provide feedback of the effectiveness of certain traits in tracking their development over time and can provide a positive incentive to motivate people to achieve their fitness goals. It includes our current diet and monitoring. In addition, the app monitors the user's progress during the week and based on this information, the user can monitor the relationship between physical condition, eating habits and general well-being. This project will develop an Android platform condition app to track these factors.
