Abstract
This Memorandum of Understanding is made between North South University, Bangladesh (hereinafter called -NSW') and Alabama A&M University, Normal, Alabama. USA (hereinafter called "AAMU").
Whereas NSU and AAMU acknowledge a desire to establish certain cooperative programs beneficial to their respective educational institutions and to promote the development of exchange programs, joint studies, research and training activities, and other educational programs of mutual interest.
