Abstract
The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is made between North South University, Dhaka, and OBAT Helpers Inc. USA. This MOU sets forth the intentions of both the parties for increased collaboration, cooperation, and interaction. They agree to establish this MOU that will provide aid, support, education, and economic empowerment to displaced, stranded, and refugee populations residing in Bangladesh.
