MOOD-TUNES: Music Recommendation System Based on People's Facial Expressions

Abstract
Music recommendation systems have become increasingly popular and important in recent years. These systems utilize user behavior analysis, preferences, and historical data to provide personalized music recommendations. However, existing approaches predominantly rely on explicit user feedback, such as ratings, playlists, or browsing history, which may not always accurately reflect users' true preferences. Furthermore, these systems often overlook the significance of non-verbal cues and emotional responses in shaping users' music preferences.
