| dc.description.abstract | North South University's (NSU) Media, Communication, and Journalism (MCJ) organised a day-long training session on digital journalism sponsored by Google and organised by Prothom Alo. The session is aimed at enhancing participants' AI literacy, information verification skills, and digital reporting capabilities, according to a press release. Professor Dr. Md. Rizwanul Islam, dean of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SHSS), NSU; Dr. Rizwan Khair, chair of the Department of Political Science and Sociology, NSU; and Associate Professor Dr. Md. Saiful Alam Chowdhury, Department of Mass Communication and Journalism, University of Dhaka and Assistant Professor Maliha Tabassum, Department of Mass Communication and Journalism, Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP), were present at the inauguration session, among others. | |
