dc.description.abstractDhaka Bank PLC, in collaboration with North South University (NSU) and Mastercard, has launched the Dhaka Bank-North South University Co-Branded Mastercard Spark Prepaid Card exclusively for eligible undergraduate and postgraduate students. Benajir Ahmed, member of the board of trustees of NSU Trust, Osman Ershad Faiz, managing director of Dhaka Bank PLC, and Abdul Hannan Chowdhury, vice-chancellor of North South University, attended the launching ceremony of the “Dhaka Bank-North South University Co-Branded Mastercard Spark Prepaid Card”. The initiative aims to promote responsible financial habits while offering students a secure and convenient payment solution for educational, digital and lifestyle-related expenses. The card provides various benefits across travel, dining, education, entertainment, fashion and technology, including discounts and cashback offers. The initiative also reflects the organisations’ commitment to enhancing students’ financial awareness, digital payment experience, professional development and confidence in managing everyday expenses.
