Abstract
Professor Md Mamun Molla, chairperson of the Department of Mathematics and Physics at North South University, has been elected a fellow of the Bangladesh Academy of Sciences. He was previously inducted as a BAS associate fellow in 2019. Mamun Molla completed his PhD at the University of Glasgow and postdoctoral research at the University of Manitoba. He joined NSU in 2011, serves as research coordinator for the School of Engineering and Physical Sciences and leads the Computational Fluid Dynamics and High-Performance Computing Research Group.
