The program introduced evidence-based self-care and coping strategies, emphasizing the need for comprehensive support mechanisms for academic staff. Professor Halimur R Khan highlighted the importance of addressing psychological needs, while Vice-Chancellor Professor Abdul Hannan Chowdhury stressed the role of health and balance in ensuring sustainable productivity. With participation from over 30 faculty members, the workshop reaffirmed NSU’s commitment to institutional wellbeing through interactive sessions and future-oriented initiatives.
