- ItemOpen Accessআলোকিত টিচার্স ও নর্থ সাউথ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের মধ্যে চুক্তি সই(প্রথম আলো, 2025-10-22) প্রথম আলোআলোকিত টিচার্স লিমিটেড ও নর্থ সাউথ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের (এনএসইউ) শিক্ষক প্রশিক্ষণ ও পেশাগত দক্ষতা বৃদ্ধির লক্ষ্যে সমঝোতা স্মারক স্বাক্ষর হয়েছে। এই অংশীদারত্বের লক্ষ্য—এনএসইউর একাডেমিক শ্রেষ্ঠত্ব ও আলোকিত টিচার্সের উদ্ভাবনী ও গবেষণাভিত্তিক পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে দক্ষ ও সহানুভূতিশীল শিক্ষক গড়ে তোলা। সমঝোতা স্মারক স্বাক্ষর অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত ছিলেন অধ্যাপক আব্দুল হান্নান চৌধুরী, উপাচার্য, নর্থ সাউথ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় (এনএসইউ) এবং সেন্টার ফর সোশ্যাল ইমপ্যাক্ট অ্যান্ড সাসটেইনেবিলিটি (CSIS)-এর স্টিয়ারিং কমিটির অনারারি চেয়ার; শরীফ নুরুল আহকাম, সিএসআইএস-এর পরিচালক; হালিমুর রশিদ খান, অধ্যাপক ও পরিচালক, ইনস্টিটিউশনাল কোয়ালিটি অ্যাসিউরেন্স সেল (আইকিউএসি); সিনথিয়া ম্যাককিনি, পরিচালক, অফিস অফ এক্সটারনাল অ্যাফেয়ার্স, এনএসইউ; আজওয়া নাঈম, ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক, আলোকিত টিচার্স; ব্রিগেডিয়ার জেনারেল (অব.) আবু নাঈম মো. শহীদুল্লাহ, পরিচালক, আলোকিত টিচার্স ও আলোকিত টিচার্সের অন্য সদস্যরা।
- ItemOpen Accessগবেষণা কার্যক্রম এগিয়ে নিতে বিএমইউ এবং এনএসইউ-এর মধ্যে স্মারকলিপি স্বাক্ষর(মানবজমিন, 2025-11-12) মানবজমিননর্থ সাউথ ইউনিভার্সিটি (এনএসইউ) এবং বাংলাদেশ মেডিক্যাল বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় (বিএমইউ) এর মধ্যে এআই প্রযুক্তির ব্যবহারসহ যৌথ গবেষণা ও উন্নয়ন কার্যক্রম এগিয়ে নিতে সমঝোতা স্মারক (এমওইউ) স্বাক্ষরিত হয়েছে। এই সমঝোতা স্মারক উন্নত প্রযুক্তি এবং এআই ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে উন্নত চিকিৎসা পরিষেবা এবং উচ্চশিক্ষা ও গবেষণা কার্যক্রমে অবদান রাখবে। এমওইউতে বিএমইউর পক্ষে স্বাক্ষর করেন বিএমইউর ভাইস-চ্যান্সেলর অধ্যাপক ডা. মো. শাহিনুল আলম। নর্থ সাউথ ইউনিভার্সিটির পক্ষে স্বাক্ষর করেন ইউনিভার্সিটির ভাইস চ্যান্সেলর অধ্যাপক আব্দুল হান্নান চৌধুরী।

BMU vice-chancellor Professor Dr Md Shahinul Alam and NSU vice-chancellor Professor Abdul Hannan Chowdhury signed the MoU, This MoU will contribute to improved medical services and research activities through the use of advanced technology and AI.

Gen. Abu Nayeem Md. Shahidullah (Retd), Director of Alokito Teachers.

The event was graced by Professor Abdul Hannan Chowdhury, vice-chancellor of NSU, and led by Ar Shahriar Iqbal Raj, associate professor and chairperson of the department of architecture, said a press release on Wednesday. The first MoU with ARCHICONNECT outlines a strategic framework for collaboration in the areas of skill development, industry–academic engagement, student exposure and professional growth. The second MoU was signed with Friendship Cultural Preservation to establish a collaborative framework aimed at promoting cultural heritage, academic enrichment, sustainable research, and community engagement.
